I had the opportunity to participate as a UI Designer in many projects. If we're talking about a startup, we know that having a direct relationship with the CEO is a huge advantage. Product iterations are faster and more efficient. That's why this experience helped me understand the power of directly impacting product metrics with the design of our experiences.
